At least about Duggy. If your question isn't answered below, ask Duggy directly.

What is a Blind Box?+

A blind box is a surprise item sold in a sealed package, so you don't know which specific character you'll get until you open it. Each box is part of a themed series, making it fun to display, collect, trade, gift, and love!

What comes in a box?+

A random Duggy (that's the best part) but it also comes with a matching collector card. Packaged inside a tiny potato sack.

I accidentally broke a piece off. What can I do?+

Add a drop of super glue and the piece should attach right back on. If you are careful you will never be able to tell.

What else is the collector card for?+

The card is really cool all on its own, but it also has some important information on it. The card should always stay with Duggy if you ever want to be able to verify that you have a real Duggy and not a fake wanna-be.

What do the numbers in the circle at the bottom of your collector card mean?+

This tells you what edition you have (top number), what number card you have (bottom left), and the total number of cards to collect (bottom right). Will you collect them all?

My card has a magnifying glass on it. Why?+

This means that you have found a secret mystery Duggy. Shhh... don't tell anyone what it is.

Is my Duggy rare?+

Check the collector card. The potato plant in the top right corner lets you know how rare it is. If it has just broken out of the ground: it is a common Duggy. If the two leaves have grown higher than the circle. It is an ULTRA-RARE Duggy. If the plant is full of leaves, like the image below, you have found a HYPER-RARE Duggy.

How do I check to make sure that my Duggy is not a fake?+

To check if your Duggy is authentic, find the silver sticker on the bottom of your Duggy and the silver sticker on the bottom of your collector card. Click the "Verify Your Duggy" link at the top of the website, enter both numbers into the form, and see if your Duggy is the Real Peel — and maybe it is even a winning Duggy!
